Joe Loughran is President and a 20 year veteran of the transportation industry. He joined Roadway Package System, Inc. (FedEx Ground) during the company's research and development phase in 1984. He recently left the company as an Officer and Vice President of Operation Planning and Engineering. His experience and expertise in operations, tactical and strategic planning, and engineering were instrumental in RPS's phenomenal growth. Mr. Loughran earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Management and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters of Science degree in Operations Research from Polytechnic Institute of New York. Joe Sudar is Executive Vice President and a 20 year veteran of the transportation industry. He joined Roadway Package System, Inc. (FedEx Ground) during the company's research and development phase in 1984. He recently left the company as Director of Operations Planning. His experience and expertise in operations research, network analysis, and tactical and strategic planning were instrumental in RPS's phenomenal growth. Mr. Sudar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Grove City (PA) College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Stephen Hilton is Senior Vice President of Sales and a 15 year veteran of the transportation industry. He joined RPS, Inc. in 1989 and held several sales positions. He recently left RPS as a National Account Executive-Retail Specialist, where he worked closely with America's largest retailers. Prior to RPS, Stephen worked for Transcon Lines. His experience and expertise in sales, customer service, and logistics were instrumental in RPS's phenomenal growth. Mr. Hilton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah.
